Flour that’s expired or rotten

Good day

I went there to complain about rotten flour that when I make bread the bread turns yellow. They did not even bother to look at that they told me straight in my first that it’s after 7 days mind you they counting holidays also. We were not even around for Passover hence we took the complain to them this week. Bad service they selling **** things and name them with the well known brands. We got sick from that bread. He didn’t even bother to hear my complain and focused on the 7 days
