I placed an order on 1 December 2024, & on the 5th I was sent a wats app to say that they were out of stock on the product I had ordered. I was asked for my baking details for a full refund. After numerous attempts via email, wats app and calling I am still yet to be refunded or even responded to. I find this to be terrible after sale service, and would not recommend ordering online from this store.

I am writing to express my frustration with my recent online purchases. I made two separate orders for jeans, and while I have received one pair from each order, the remainder of both orders has not arrived. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, I have not received any response from your team. I have contacted Freddy multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, but I have not had any replies. Furthermore, I visited three different Freddy branches, but all of them were closed for several weeks, leaving me unable to speak with anyone in person. This lack of communication and support is highly disappointing, and I would appreciate it if you could urgently address my situation by either fulfilling my missing orders or providing a refund for the incomplete items. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.

I bought two pairs and only received one. I have sent numerous emails. I have tried to phone. With no response. I have asked for a refund and still no response. Do not buy as there is no customer service at all. I have sent 18 emails and still no response.

Horrible service received from Freddy wear. I returned items over a month ago at the Fourways branch and I am still waiting to receive my refund. Every time I contact them I always get the runaround. Don’t bother purchasing from this franchise…truly not worth it!

I git my first pair of Freddy jeans 3 years ago and absolutely loved them. Last year I saved, waited for a good special and bought 2 pairs for the price of one. Still cost me R2500 for 2 pairs of jeans! 😱. 6 months later I noticed that there was a slight ladder at the back by the belt loop. I went back to the Freddy Shop in Fourways mall and asked if they could address this problem. Lady took photos and sent to her manager. Got a call 3 days later and she said she has reviewed and sorry they can’t assist. Blaming the problem on maybe my nails. 😂😂😂. Let me just explain, I don’t at all and never have long nails, and I am very aware and very specific with the care instructions for my Freddy’s, following every step of those instructions perfectly. I do recall that the security tag that they have on their items are usually placed at on of the belt loops so I believe that it’s due to that. Freddy manager replies “ No it’s my nails” even though I sent her a picture of my short nails. 😂😂😂. Well not the second pair are doing the same but not bothering or worth the argument. Freddy - I am one of those customers that no matter the cost, if I love and am happy with something, I stick to it, support the brand all the way and buy and very loyal. WELL GUESS WHAT. No more. You are full of excuses and your quality is no longer the same as before since you have changed management. Your pants are definitely not the original Freddy’s anymore and your prices have escalated for a poorer quality product. I have moved on. I will surely advise everyone I know about that too.

Freddy SA think they can change their name to Freddy Wear SA and customers will be fooled. Still the same overpriced bad quality product with poor customer service. I bought a pair of pants. One wear and they broke. Still the same shocking customer service where no one gets back to you.
