TFG authorized a *****ulent account in my name. Call centre agent called me to confirm if I opened an account with Exact, I told her I have TFG account I don’t need exact account since they under one Group. I told her that the account that’s in my name is *****ulent. Few days later I received policy documents, I sent an email back to TFG informing them I have not opened this policy they ignored my email. I’ve recently find out that an amount of R8000 was spent on this *****ulent account, I’m expected to start paying for it in June. Worst part is that my credit profile was impacted by this.
