Bad Customer Service

I spoke to the floor supervisor at the Parow branch, and unfortunately I must say the experience was very unpleasant. She was not helpful at all and came across as extremely rude during our interaction.

I would like this matter to be escalated further, as I do not believe it is acceptable for a supervisor to speak to customers in that manner. I would appreciate if this complaint could be looked into seriously.
