Food sock should be renmaed to "Cardboard"

I thought trying Food Sock would be a welcome change, Instead what you get is Tangy fish stew which has a slight bite and an overpowering flavour of soya but no fish taste. The packaging says cook together for 10 minutes, then cook like this wo 20 - 30 minutes....rice and all. But the rice instructions tell you in broken english to use 1/2 the water used from the soya for the rice and who knows what else. Instructions are terrible and tastes like cardboard. Give this one a wide berth. When you address it with the company, they give you the cold shoulder. Guess they are used to serving slop. What terrible customer service by Luthando Mcetywa.
