I visited the McDonald's Olifantsfontein and the service I have received was VERY POOR, they don't have customer, they have no knowledge of their products and what is in their store/capacity. I ordered the jalapeño burger meal and in the packet of chips there was a fried fly and to my understanding there has to be health compliance adherence and there was none. My spouse when he was having the fries he found a fly that was fried, I ordered the chicken nuggets and they only told me that they don't have a jalapeño sauce afyer taking the order, as a customer it is not my business to worry myself about their products. I am writing here with a heavy heart/ dishearten. #unhappycustomer

Food chain is bad
I went for a breakfast buffet with my family and the food was very cold we even told their rude waiter to warm our food instead of going to warm our food he went to for more than 20 minutes to look for other customers outside it was just bad bad the waiter was also bad he even gave himself a tip yoh food chain I had a very bad bad bad experience

Worst Birthday dinner at Food Chain Menlyn
Not only did their buffet price go up by R25 but the quality of the food is atrocious Undercooked pork, over cooked chicken, not enough food and the worst tasting cakes, tarts and mousse ever...

Worse food ever and service from the Manager.
I took my family out to have dinner, the waiter a good person Tshegofatso. We have ordered food once my fish platter come something was off with the meal. I called my waiter telling him to tell his manager to come. It’s took him 20min to. I was really not impressed. Worst dinner with my family i have ever had experienced. I will never come back or support this place. I am also not the first customer to complain today.

Bad service ever
I'm so disappointed with buffet food. Mixed veges had too much salt, no options for grilled meat only had stew beef and chicken. Beef stew was not well cooked and was hard to chew. Waffles were thin and had burnt staff and had too much baking powder. We were never provided with sauces,saviets,toothpicks..I will never recommend Food Chain menlyn to anyone of my friends and family.
