***** by FNB

FNB took an amount of R552.02 from my easy zero account referenced BYC without my concern and permission. According to them, I should be able to access the money from my Savings account. But the money is nowhere to be found in the savings account. I called the customer care line to retrieve the money that I urgently need for travelling, the Consultant Lindiwe hanged up on me without no solution. If our money is not safe at the banks, where must I put my money? FNB this is a serious case and I need my money ASAP.

I have been struggling to get my business account removed on hold and a lady by the name Joneece went out of her way to make sure I have my account sorted, when everyone else avoided to assist. She made suggestions and for every problem she had solution. The level of service was out of this world with a smile even when I frustrated the process she made sure I'm comfortable and I was happy with every resolution.... Book foreign currency online a few days in advance online requested pick up at Brooklyn FNB. Surprise surprise no currency available for me. Wow thank you FNB now I have to wait to hear what the Manager have to say. Where is the money that you took from my account for the foreign currency. Maybe it is time to move to another bank including my investments and my homeloan. Maybe I will be valued as a client at another bank.

First National Bank terrible service

FNB has wiped all my recipients, blocked me from transacting from both my business and personal accounts without notification. I've been trying to resolve this since Saturday the 16 March to date, they drop calls in the middle of a call and never call back. I've just bought a flight ticket the money went off my account but not received by the travel company. I'm not getting any assistance from FNB in resolving this

Since we have the bond with Fnb we had problems

Since we have the bond with Fnb we had problems. Issues with over payments that went into flexi/access bond which disappeared and I have been given all sorts of incorrect answers as to where my funds disappeared to. Furthermore we never have a proper answer up until today and need answers . I received 3 different answers via email stating the disappearance of the funds then my email account was hacked and to my surprise the 3 mails was deleted and removed from my account therefore I need a contact from their IT department to see who hacked my account and where the funds disappeared to. I sent several mails to enquire what my monthly bond repayment is but still no response. I have more related issues such as Insurance etc.

The branch is not able to assist as they donโ€™t know anything. My business banker is also not able to help.

FNB has become pathetic, a lot of people say it and I didnโ€™t believe it now I believe every social media unprofessionalism of FNB. Good day FNB and to whom it may concern; my case or reference: 2023-2320596 and my account: Gold Business Account: 63052649036 The branch is not able to assist as they donโ€™t know anything. My business banker is also not able to help. I am only having to resort to social media to see if I can get attention or service or help. I am honestly not happy with the FNB's ***** department. They have blocked my business account whereas the number I am supposed to call for assistance (+27875774162) is not being answered. Itโ€™s been days and no one has come up with any form of assistance or communication yet this is my everyday business account. I am making follow-up in regard to the subject and I have not received any communication what so ever from you and FNB since the account was frozen. I really need help as the account is an everyday business account. The account in question is a business account as you know and its been a couple of days now without getting a response even on telephone. Now I donโ€™t know what to do as this block or freeze on my account has also affected my clientโ€™s accounts and the accounts of service providers and I donโ€™t know what to tell people and customers. I am really worried as this may result in a real problem or even cause the business to collapse since I donโ€™t have a clue as to what to say or do. May you urgent respond as I am not able to do business or pay service providers.
