I have by numerous occasions reached out to the Finlaw to cancel a debit order mandate. I don’t want and I have never required your services as I have my own lawyer's. I would like this cancelled effect immediately for 30th time now . I have my lawyers and the Nfo ombudsman’s for fais. I am going to lay a formal complaint against the manager I spoke to who’s name was Sbusiso and told me that he will not cancel anything as he doesn’t feel like it. He told me he will eat my money by all means and I asked for Karabo whom I spoke to about this debit order and when I called back she wasn’t available anymore. I have been sworn at so many times and even been called the F word whenever I call in to cancel I will be alerting all media outlets as I have never seen a company that forces people to take their hard earn money with no assistance. I will make sure that I sue and get Sbusiso debarred believe me. This will be in the paper by Friday trust that

After signing up. I have had no follow-ups from them. They deduct the said amount from my bank account and I receive no communication from them. I email, leave messages on the website for call me backstreet and even try calling but to no help whatsoever.

This is a bunch of ****mers. I was being “assisted”by a Antone Luthuli character that assured me that they won’t **** me, turns out he’s a ****mer!they made me accept a mandate and refused to cancel it the following day when I changed my mind coz I had a bad feeling about them. I moved my salary&closed my account because of them!!Youll never get my money shame!

Very bad company this one. They promise you to prescribe your old credit, but after finishing paying the quoted amount, they disappear, don't communicate, you run around tracing them, find them they lie again and disappear.
