I app**** for a loan with FinChoice via the Pay just now app and I got credited the loan but it wasn’t appearing on the app and I haven’t even used their credit but yet they debited my bank account but their credit is still unused so they are not treating their customers properly

I have opted that my account be stopped and my money be refunded back because I didn’t even used the credit but money was debited so I will be needing back the amount debited and close my account I no longer want anything to do with FinChoice and Pay just now can you kindly help me out on this issue
