Accident
25 Jan 26 Fidelity bakkie knocked my vehicle from behind, I submitted all documents for a claim but nothing has been until this far.
<div><!--block-->I am really frustrated with the way Fidelity is treating me, after I reported their vehicle that knocked my car at the back I reported the issue to them and they requested documents including quotations that I had to pay for and I submitted all the requested documents that was beginning of Feb 26, no up date from them and contacting them they keep on telling me that they waiting for certain document from the branch since beginning of Feb. I am really terrible by this pathetic experience. Mind you my wife is using the vehicle for work purposes and boot can't close properly due to this accident.</div>
