Poor service and internet connection

I am very disappointed with the service from Fibretime. I have experienced ongoing issues with my WiFi connection not working consistently, and despite raising this concern multiple times, the problem still hasn’t been properly resolved.

Most recently, I logged a support ticket this past Saturday regarding the same issue, but the response time has been extremely slow. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that is unreliable, especially when support is not responsive or proactive in fixing the problem.

Overall, the service has been poor, both in terms of connection stability and customer support. I hope they improve their response times and take customer complaints more seriously going forward.
