Poor service from Fedex South Africa!! According to Fedex's own parcel tracking website my stock was supposed to be delivered on 22 April before 16:00. It is now 14:25 on May 4th and my stock is still lying in Johannesburg. On the original invoice they used the incorrect HS code which charged me 20% duties instead of 0% if they had used the correct HS code. Since then it's been a back & forth between fedex and myself with 8 people in the email thread and still nothing...Every time I phone I speak to someone new and have to explain the whole story over & over again...WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH FEDEX SOUTH AFRICA?? Their service is comparable to the now collapsed SA postal service.
