Extremely Poor Service – No Communication or Delivery Update

I placed an order with Elsburg Fat Cake City (Order No: DFD***), which was accepted at 19:44. The expected delivery time was between 20:43–20:58, but by 21:33 there was still no delivery.

The app continues to show “preparing your order” with no updates, and there has been zero communication from the store regarding the delay. I have also tried calling multiple times with no answer.

This is very disappointing service. Customers should at least be informed if there are delays, especially when the order is running this late.

I expect an explanation and improvement in communication going forward.
