I bought 2 Nike sneakers and both are so ****. The other was supposed to be Nike Air and I received Bike Air😭 They both visibly glued and defective I’m so disgusted by this ****.

Requested a return on shoes for a smaller size, have paid courier fees but no response in weeks via email, calls and whatsapp, even visited the address in CPT and cannot find the store, I feel so frustrated as this is not professional service!!! Would not recommend this online store at all.

I ordered a pair of shoes - was sent the incorrect shoe (they claimed they didnt have the shoe I ordered & took it upon themselves to give me an alternative - without consulting me). I flagged it with the supplier only to be given the run-around. Its been a week now of them promising me they would book Courier to come collect. I unfortunately had ordered another pair of nikes which arrived in time BUT it is clear as day that they are duplicates and not original Nike's. STAY AWAY from this retailer! They are duping people left right & center and its wrong on so many levels. I will be reporting them to authorities (SAPS & Consumer Commission) - they should not be allowed to keep operating while "robbing & ******ing" innocent buyers.

Extremely Shocking & Disgusting Customer Service from FashionCrib SA!! I placed an order a pair of Nike trainers on 11 Jan '25. The package was delivered on Wed 14 Dec. To my shock, the pair of shoes i received was NOT what I had ordered. My first POA was to call them - no answer. (I called about 8 times). I then sent a WhatsApp and explained my situation & to my shock I received the following response "Sorry for the inconvenience caused as we ran out of stock on the air max 90 recraft so we thought that we'd have been a good replacement". I was never called to explain the pair I had ordered is out of stock nor was I offered the opportunity to decide if I would be happy with this replacement pair. They then explained that they would arrange for collection from Courier Guy of the package and would initiate the refund after they receive the item. They told me item would be picked up "before friday". No return WayBill sent....and I have been following up everyday on the return of the wrong package and I am being ghosted. The only response I have received is "They haven't collected yet?" I am SO frustrated and annoyed, I want my money back! Avoid this retailer/store at all costs! They dont seem to be a trust worthy retailer! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them!

I placed an order for 2 pairs of Nike trainers on 4 Dec '25. I had to follow up on 10 Dec having heard nothing re delivery. Was advised via WhatsApp that 1 pair ran out of stock on 7 Dec, 3 days after my order. Was offered a replacement but none suited the style we wanted. Was advised on 11 Dec that the 1 pair would be despatched immediately. I asked for a refund for the out of stock pair. I was ghosted on Whatsapp until I eventually had to phone the store on 27 Dec. The 1 pair had STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED! These were Christmas presents!! I eventually threatened legal action on Whatsapp if I did not get a response and my refund. Today is 5 Jan '26 and the 1 pair is only out for delivery today. The refund was only processed last week. Avoid this retailer if you don't want to be messed around and completely disappointed!
