Efficient, prompt and professional service

I ordered wine telephonically from Fairview wine farm and was assisted by Natalie. She was very helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Clearly Natalie enjoys her job, is engaging and goes beyond what is expected in that she voluntarily shared information regarding the wines. Natalie also kept me informed and I knew at all times where my order was in the process. I ordered the wine on Thursday afternoon and received a sms to say that the wine will be delivered today - not even 3 working days! Wow! that is amazing. I will certainly make use of Natalie's service again.
