We used this firm for the transfer of our new property, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. They failed to provide even the most basic property information we requested from the seller, forcing us — the buyers — to do all the legwork just to keep the process moving. Despite their complete lack of effort, they still had the audacity to send us an exorbitant bill.

To make matters worse, they are now actively helping the seller evade responsibility for multiple serious, undisclosed defects. This firm’s behaviour has been blatantly dishonest, unprofessional, and *********. Avoid them at all costs — they appear to align themselves with equally ************ clients.
