I dealt with Lunatti at Execuspecs, at Bedford Centre, Bedfordview, as one of the rubber feet had come off my nose clip on my glasses and was cutting into me. Not ony did she replce it for me super quick, she also gave me a spare one, just in case! Service like this just needs to be advertised. Thank you

I am a new client with them I am very disappointed actually All of a sudden there is delay on my one order Then on my order it's on its way back to the store which is taking forever to come and why is there is an issue with the lab or back order or delayed very unhappy

Cape Gate branch. 2 opticians on 3 occasions did not get my script right. After the 3rd attempt I gave up going back because each time I had to go without specs for over 2 weeks. 6 months later I'm still wearing my previous specs prescribed in the UK because I see better with them. I've worn specs all my life and never experienced this problem

Execuspecs Irene Link – I booked an appointment early this morning and received a confirmed booking. Hours later, they cancelled with a lazy excuse: “something came up,” with no details and no effort to assist. Let’s be honest — this branch does not want to work in December. Staff are clearly more focused on December holidays, partying, and shutting down than doing their jobs. If you’re not willing to work in December, stop accepting and confirming bookings. Don’t waste clients’ time and then act vague when cancelling.

Execuspecs Irene Link – I booked an appointment early this morning and received a confirmed booking. The term is CASH is KING is not taken lightly by businesses at large in today's tough economic environment. However, for the Manager, Sally Govender of the Musgrave branch, she's been 'trained and certified' by SARB in currency scrutiny (note my sarcasm). She refused my viable and acceptable R200 for payment recently with no valid excuse. The proceeds to make a mockery of set situation in a truly unprofessional manner. I've been a client of this store for the past 30 years and dealing with Heather Naylor or Mike Lello has never been a problem but with Sally, it still remains so consistently. I'd like this matter addressed with the due consideration it deserves accordingly

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor service I have received from your Execuspecs branch at Belairs Mall. In September, I completed an eye test at the store and paid in full for bifocal lenses, with the understanding that the lenses would be ready within 8 weeks. It is now well past that timeframe, and I still have not received what I paid for. Each time I follow up, I am given a different excuse — most commonly that there is a “supplier issue.” However, no one from the store has ever contacted me proactively with updates or progress. I am forced to physically visit the branch repeatedly, only to be met with vague explanations and a dismissive attitude, as if I am at fault for simply requesting what I paid for. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
