I recently had what can only be described as one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had at Exclusive Brands Online & iGlide specializes in kids electric ride-on cars, hoverboards, and golf gliders. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt energetic and welcoming—exactly what you’d hope for in a place centered around fun and adventure. What really stood out was the staff. They weren’t just salespeople; they were genuinely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions about my child’s age and interests, and then guided me through the options without any pressure. It felt more like getting advice from a friend than being sold to. The variety of products was impressive. I purchased a pony kick bike from Exclusive Brands Online for my daughter’s first birthday. The product appeared to be of good quality based on the online listing. When it arrived, we were unable to assemble it. No assembly instructions were included, despite the website indicating that a manual is provided. After multiple attempts, the parts did not align properly to allow the ***** to pass through, making the item unusable. I also noted discrepancies between the product advertised and the product received. The bike is marketed as an iGlide kick bike, and the images show branding on the side as “pony.” However, the unit delivered was branded “Yukita,” with an iGlide logo present, which was not reflected in the product images. This created a different impression of the product than what was actually received. When I contacted the company, I was informed that I would need to pay for courier collection and a possible restocking fee, despite the product being unusable. The company later advised that the product was not defective and provided a video as evidence. However, the video shows difficulty aligning the components and does not demonstrate successful assembly, which is consistent with my experience. Of greater concern was that I was informed a full refund would only be processed if I removed my Google review. I did not agree to this, as my review reflects my genuine experience. The matter was escalated, and the refund was eventually processed in full. While the refund has now been resolved, I am concerned about the discrepancies between the advertised product and what was delivered, as well as the handling of the return — particularly the attempt to link a refund to the removal of a consumer review and the initial application of fees in circumstances where the product was not usable as intended. I believe it is important for other consumers to carefully review product details and return practices before making a purchase.

I bord a Millex air fryer 23L for R4099.00 on Millex site and when you buy it go's to exclusev brand from millex. I waited 2 weeks for it after I phone them and then it was strugel from Millex and exclisev brand to get asistans. When my airfryer arived it was the wrong one and á big price divrens it was R2500.00 now they say the one I orderd is dicontinued and they give me the 25L with rotusery. I am hapy a boud the big one but on they site they sell it for R2500. And I pay R4099.00 now they do not want to pay me the exstra money back.

i have been disappointed by this company once again. its shocking that they are still in existence. their customer service does not exist. their items are not worth the money u pay to be honest. I bot 2 hoverboards,a gokart and an escooter from them in late november. from the time the items landed its been nothing but issues. eventually they uplifted the 2 hoverboards in early december, with my grandkids having a day of good usage. today its the 4th of feb i still have not received the hoverboards back. U CANNOT call them. if u email u get bounced emails and then an automated reply. Their watsapp is the only communication but theire again its hit or miss. i get told now the courier refuses to dekliver and has returned the goods to them. i wasnt even informed the goods had left them. i still have no clue wats going on. I AM AFRAID TO SEE THE condition when i receive these, thats if i ever do receive them. im so disappointed i wanted to buy 2 more gokarts but i am so so so afraid to trust this company again.

Ordered a scooter online on 2nd December as a Christmas present for my son. Website promised quick delivery. Was then informed that the item ordered was in fact not in stock and that delivery from China was delayed. Eventually the order was received just before Christmas. My little boy opened his present, only to find that the unit was defective. Due to an alignment issue on the chassis the battery was not secured in place and therefore kept losing connection and the device subsequently would not start. We had a very sad little boy as he couldn't enjoy his Christmas present. I returned the unit to the supplier on 2nd January. It is now 19th January and I have absolutely no worthy feedback regarding a replacement unit/refund. Various phone calls, emails etc. and I am simply told that it's in the queue to be looked at by a technician, or that someone will call me. On Friday last week I was told that someone would call me as it had been looked at, and no fault was found on the device (this is IMPOSSIBLE and I have photographs to prove as much). Still nobody has called me, answered an email or made any attempt to provide feedback. The scooter was just short of R7000. This is not a cheap purchase and considering this is our second purchase made through Exclusive Brands Online I am very very disappointed in the service (or lack thereof).

After seeing the good rebiew of this comoany, I ordered 2 cars for my kids. At R11 000, we were soooo excited. I bought them over lay buy. On my last payment now in December, the company tells me that they made a mistake and reserved the wrong color car, my son wanted blue. The company reserved a an army green one. I did not like the green or white colour. So I requested to change the car, even if the next car would be SLIGHTLY expensive. In total the new cost would be an additional 2000 rand making me pay 13000. I requested that they kindly discount the new order just a little, as the initial error can from their end. I understand mistakes happen we are human, but atleast you can meet me half way for an error that YOU made, no they want the full price. They said its either I take the car I do not like or I pay full price for another. Im not a business person, but surely this is unfair to some level. And the attitude of "just" when talking to the lady was even more heartbreaking, oh (thats if they even answer the phone) they just didn't care. Now im stuck with a product I didn't order
