Terrible Support Service
Terrible support service that will frustrate the hell out of your life. Last year I dealt with my daughter missing a subject for 6 months. This year I am dealing with a very simple request that seems to be too hard for them - TRANSFERRING MY CHILD TO CAMBRIDGE CURRICULUM! Once my ticket got attention, someone marked it as resolved without any resolution. No one has assisted me since and it's been more than 4 weeks. I regret the day that I recommended Evolve to friends because I am now taking my child out of this mess. The only language they ever understand is a bad review. Only then will they be calling you like you haven't been emailing them in the past weeks with no response! Stop this online school if you cannot give online support! Stop frustrating parents! I work in customer support, and this is by far the worst service I have ever come across from a business.

0 STAR FOR EVOLVE ONLINE SCHOOL
I app**** for space for my child at Evolve Online School and paid their R300 non refundable application fee. I had to run after them asking for an updated regarding my child's application. 3 days in a row I called and was told the person I need to speak to is on the phone and will get back to me, they never got back to me. They sent an email the day they decided to show up to the party, asked me for documents I've supp**** ages ago. Now they are just quiet and not saying anything. I want my application fee back because you lack customer service and honesty.
