Masters in the Game
Initially bought 3 semi slicks from them but since i Could not find a 4th one anywhere, Evolution Immidiatly refunded me and i called in to see what other tires i can get in the meantime while They wait for thier Semi Slicks and TUmi assisted me. Excellent Service Recieved from Tumi when i called in to inquire on Other tires. Once happy, i placed my order. Evolution booked the Courier on 7th April and i recieved it today on the 9th April. Recommended company for all your wheel and tyre Purchasing. Hope to see the Tyre range grow

bad service, poorly trained staff, just excuses
Pathetic service as a first time customer i have to repeatedly call and ask for a manager. Staff keep telling me they will check and call me back which never happens. The ETA i was given for delivery has not been met. Overall disappointing service. As a first time customer i will not be using them again.

Poor assistance and phone etiquette
Received what I paid for. Very poor phone etiquette by the lady at reception, your still speaking then they put you on hold or transfer you while your still busy speaking. Their staff sounds like they're to busy to help you decently, not to mention the uselessness of them having email or a whatsapp service. Unfortunately I could not get the ladies name at reception. Nothing special about buying here, should have supported our own tire dealership in town.

Best Service
Very much impressed with the service and hospitality of Mr Eric Thabo Mwale.Not even knowing him physically but the guy could telephonically go beyond my needs and expectations in getting me the right mags and tyres for my Merc. I trusted him with a deal of over 20 grands and I'm now smiling. The delivery to my village in Elim- Limpopo was on time. Eric deserves a Promotion. Thank you Evolution Wheel & Tyre Booysens. Selling EXPIRED tires as New. Stay clear of them
I ordered 4 tire's from them online, when i took it to fit at Tiger Wheels to have it fitted they struggled to balance them , deflating them and turning them again on the rims to try and seat them better for balancing when they noticed cracks in the treads , they check the dates on these 4 tires and was almost 10 years old. I contacted Evolution Wheel & Tyre with no response , so now i'm driving on these tires as i cannot afford to purchase another 4 tires . Stay clear of these guys , they are selling old tires that will fail.

Great customer care received from Tumi
Tumi have such fantastic customer service when she assisted me with my order as a first time buyer on Evolution wheel and tyre. She helped me every step of the way by being patient land considerate. Anything I didn’t understand she gladly explained to me. I received the order in record time, much sooner than I had anticipated.

I had an outstanding experience with Evolution Wheel & Tyres. Placed my order on Friday 11th March 2025 and received it on Tuesday 15th March 2025. Exceptional service and professionalism that I received from Tumi its excellent. I ordered wrong tire sizes, The friendliness and the knowledge of tires that she has its unmatched. She went extra miles to get me the correct sizes of tires and a reasonable good price. Bigups to Tumi and her team
