Owner refuses to pay back money owed
We were a group of friends who belonged to a local fitness centre. We all since left because of unprofessional, paranoid and deceitful behaviour by the owner. Unfortunately my friend bought merchandise to support the business in October 2015, but never received her merchandise. When she left she asked for her money back, since she never received her goods anyway. He promised her when she left that she will be reimbursed, but she never received payment. He asked for grace until end of January 2016 which he was granted, as he stated 'money is tight' and 'we are all on the bread line'. Needless to say she never got paid back. She has begged and pleaded but he just blocked her off of his phone and to this day doesn't respond to communication. It has not been a good couple of months of grace periods and extensions. It is simply not good enough.
