On the 8th of July I ordered a Ultralink 4K Smart TV Box, they canceled it and claimed to be a system error, however I was not refunded as they say that the funds should automatically go back to my account. They told me to send a proof of payment knowing well I wont be able to retrieve it as they have not bank the transaction. Its been over a week now and they have not returned to me. Their number does not go through either. This company is a ****.

****mers. I blame JDG for doing business with them. Bought items, they never got delivered, rightfully so I requested for a refund. Till this day, nothing. This matter might end up in court and also add the distress they've caused me to the case.

These people will bully you with your own money...I returned a desk which came with incomplete parts. They only fetched the desk after 3 months and 2 weeks to be exact,then the next day they sent me a credit invoice and it's now 3 weeks without my refund, when I email them regarding my refund, they don't even respond, I'm not sure if one must wait for another 4 or 6 months to be refunded...these people owe me and they are clearly not prepared to refund me...

Everyshop return of items non-existent. Item received 3 April 2024. Return request logged immediately on same day. Since then no acknowledgements. No reply to follow up emails. Call to call centre on 17 April (2 weeks later) resulted in confusion and then told that there was no such query. I quoted my order number AND the Return ID number. Was told no request had been logged. I read out the logged return request from screenshot. Was then placed on hold. Rather buy from Takealot! Avoid Everyshop!

This business needs to be closed, they no regard none whatsoever for consumers..it's a mission to to get your refund or replacing faulty goods, it's been 2 months now and still my refund hasn't been processed and I'm sitting with a faulty product I bought from them..I should have read the reviews before making a purchase..there's not even a physical store where you can return the goods yourself...they are a **** to be precise..Once they take your money they no longer have any business with you..I wonder if there's anyone who has gotten their refund back...I hope the consumer ombudsman will do something about this matter.

had seen an add that they had put up of a cricut bundle (meaning with all the mats and stuff) for R6,999- and i made a purchase and after that i was told it was out of stock and below is the email i sent to the CPA who couldn't assist either. To Whom It May Concern Dear Sir/Madam My name is Thulani Majola from Orlando West in Soweto, I purchased a Cricut machine bundle from an online company called Everyshop.co.za which was advertised for R6,999 on Thursday afternoon. Before I had payed for the purchase I spoke to one of their consultants on their website’s chat button and ensured that the bundle included a Cricut Maker3 rather than a Cricut explorer3 and I was assured by the consultant that it was a Maker3 that was in the bundle and they even went on to reassure me of the one(1) year warranty. I received the package on Monday and to my surprise it was an explorer3 rather then the Maker3 as promised prior to me making the payment for this bundle, on the adverti*****t it clearly states that it’s a Maker3 in the bundle rather than an explorer. I have sent them messages enquiring about whether the chats with their consultants are backed up in the event something like this happens and they told me they don’t save the chats, I notified them about my unhappiness and me being unsatisfied with the purchase or rather what was sent, and they tell me they’re working on it, even after I had notified them of the urgency of the machine and when I asked them if I would get what I was promised, I will attach all the proof in this email, including a formal complaint and hope to get help as soon as you can. Kindly note that I bought x3 Hisense Smart television sets 2x 40” and 1x 58” around July 2023 I have been experiencing a problem with the 58” sometimes when I switch it on it goes on and off and at times it would play without any problem, however when I switch it on the screen was just blank and the red sensor light underneath was flickering, I tried to switch it off and on again but the screen remained blank without a sound. I contacted Everyshop on the 8th of January 2024 for assistance. A Technician from Hisense was sent over to check, to which he said he didn't find fault, but the problem is continuing, he suggested that maybe the plugs are faulty, but other items are plugged in and working just fine. I have sent follow-up emails and haven't received any response or assistance.

I made a purchase on the 21st of December 2023 using the Payflex payment method with Hifi Corp order number 500753416. I was contacted by HiFi Corp confirming my order would be received on the 23rd of December. I made it clear to the caller that I would be leaving the country on that particular day and I was to receive the order as I had bought the product as a gift for someone outside the country. I never received the order on the 23rd of December. I left without the order. I decided to cancel the order on the 23rd of December and asked for a refund. This was for several reasons, firstly - I no longer needed the order and secondly - to avoid fees from Payflex if I didn’t make my payment instalment with them. It is with deep regret that I had made a purchase with Hifi Corp. Since the 23rd December 2023. Nobody has processed my refund. I have been dealing with the internal complaints and refund department for the entire week. The first call I received from JD Group was on the 2nd of January 2024. I was asked a few questions and I was assured that my refund would be processed within 1-2 working days. The second call came in on the 4th of January asking the very same information. And I told the caller I thought my refund was already processed. And I was told it will only be processed on the 4th of January. And even today there is no resolution. I have to deal with fees from Payflex because of Hifi Corp. Please don’t call me or email. Just process my refund. I have heard enough of the useless calls from your group. I will not be kind to anyone who will try to contact me regarding this matter. Just process my refund ASAP before I am charged more fees.
