No direct support from account manager
My account manager was great during onboarding. explained the platform, walked me through my first few order types, made sure i understood leverage and margin properly before i went live. four stars because i havent been able to reach him directly since.

annoying spam
notification spam is real. get an email for every single trade execution, every deposit, everytime anything moves basically. i know you can turn it off but shouldnt that be off by defualt? minor thing but annoying
