Total ripoff. Very disappointed. We were given a shop soiled damaged dining chair as a sample to check at home before we ordered the complete set and asked to pay first and return for a full refund but were charged 10% handling fee. It was totally agreed by Theresa that we will be fully refunded. We collected and the next day we returned the item. Stay away , they are not honouring their words.
