Booked on a Thursday morning via the app for a pickup from polokwane to Tzaneen. Phoned and the driver too late to pickup. On Friday we spoke to them but no help. Then we talk to Frikkie he said he will send the driver. Only on Monday he send the driver. Temu is faster then Epx polokwane. Never have a problem when we pickup from Joburg until Polokwane has to do the delivery.

Waiting for my laptop to arrive to Durban. It was dispatched on the 9th of Feb and never arrived. Dispatched again today and still did not get it. Their contact number does not work and no email address. Cannot communicate with them regarding urgent delivery. Terrible website! Terrible service!

I have made a purchase from Max Motorsport and EPX is the courier company to deliver my purchases. The package was handed over to them on 15 December and it has still not been delivered even though is has been at the Johannesburg facility from the 17th of December. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift...

Too many chiefs... This courier company (Polokwane branch) is blatantly disregarding client requests. My father is a rep for another company and relies on EPX to deliver his stock. However, yesterday, he had to go to Louis Trichardt, he waited 4.5 hours to deliver the stock to our home in Polokwane. Then he asked yesterday that they PLEASE do not load the stock again, he'll come and collect it the warehouse. Low and behold - they loaded the truck because who ever in charge didn't give the message through. He should have left town already for his deliveries, but he cannot, because for some reason, they do not know when the stock will be dropped off at home. Every time he asls to speak to someone in charge, they keep transferring him to someone who works the floor or whatever. Nobody takes accountability for what is going on. You can't run a company like this.

Worst experience ever from a shipping company. I ordered From AGmarket and shipping was supposed to be handled by EPX. A week later and numerous calls to the call center and still no luck, none of the extension ever answer, no use trying their whatsapp as its as use full as their call center. Got names to try get hold of , but seems they never in their office either. Package has been sitting at JHB branch ( kempton ) since 8 December its the 17th now........

WE HAVE BEEN USING EPX FOR A FEW YEARS NOW, BUT THE SERVICE HAS BEEN COMPROMISED THIS LAST YEAR. WE CONSTANTLY STRUGGLE TO GET BOOKINGS MADE, PARCELS NOT BEING COLLECTED, OR PARCELS BEING DELIVERED WRONGLY. ALL THAT THEY SAY IS "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE" PLACING OTHER PEOPLE'S BUSINESS IN BAD LIGHT DUE TO THEIR INCOMPETANCE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND EPX COURIERS TO ANYONE! STAY AWAY!! I HAVE EMAILD MANAGERS, SENIOR PERSONNEL AND NOT ONE RESPONSE? THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE
