They lack consistency and communication

I have waited for 16 months for a payout every procedure that needed to take place has taken place and paperwork is valid but every time I ask for feedback they tell me “this month won’t end without paying out” or “Some time next week” and the months and weeks have passed and it’s been 4 months after the 12 months investigation but nothing is happening just lies after lies. They lack consistency and communication. It’s strange a person can put their hard earned money in a company where when the time comes to get your money you struggle but skip one month without investing all of a sudden they are so good at communicating and ask “why” or “where” is the money. They are just like NBC Holdings I don’t know why companies work with these financial services it’s genuinely a risk and I can’t fathom why they are still operating.
