I am extremely disappointed with how Enbaya has managed the prepaid water meter project for our complex. During the special general meeting, owners were able to vote on this project but the revised proposal with updated pricing, rental terms and installation did not get sent to owners until the very day of the meeting. Therefore no owners had an adequate chance to properly review or understand the financial impact prior to voting. The way the project is currently being implemented is very different compared to how it was first proposed in the meeting notice sent to owners. Examples of these differences include the payment holiday terms have changed, monthly costs are higher, duration of agreements has changed, and there is additional operational and financial limitations that were not disclosed upfront. Many owners feel like they were set up for long-term financial commitments that were not properly disclosed or explained to them upfront. Owners have made repeated and respectful requests to Enbaya to pause the project until all of the internal disputes within the scheme have been resolved, however, implementation has continued. Based on my experience, the level of transparency and honesty in the manner in which this project has been managed raises serious concerns regarding this company's business practices and I would caution any complex from entering into any business relationship with Enbaya unless all terms/pricing are disclosed in advance.

We have bought a meter through prepaid meters and the service is appalling. We been waiting for a month for installation of a meter with no proper response from their team. Really unhappy with the service.

My company has been using the prepaid meters platform for more than 12 years. I require a meter to be replaced. I called the technical department & I was told to send an email to [email protected]. I sent the email immediately at 08.32 with details of my company, customer no. & meter no. I called to confirm that the email had been received. I had to make 8 follow-up calls to get a quotation, which was sent the next afternoon. The pro forma invoice had my name, not my company & an address in KZN unknown to me. I made payment last Friday morning of the amount due. I received no details of the date when the meter will be replaced. I called 7 times this morning before I was able to reach the Field Service Team. During one call I was left holding on for 20 minutes. When I questioned Chrisropher Naidoo aboutt5he incorrect details, he blamed system error. I told him that is BS as it is his responsibility to check the details before sending out the invoice. Very poor & disappointing service from Enbaya. It is apparent that they ate not interested in providing customers with the service they deserve.

WHAT A ****! so we moved into a new apartment on the 01 June and filled pre paid electricity to the value of R2000.00. we then received the token and was given OVER ****wh units. we then filled electricity again on the 01 July for R2000.00 and only received 441kwh. how the hell does this happen? WHY ARE WE BEING ****** BY THIS COMPANY? it's enough that we are struggling in this economy but eventually my 2k will be worth nothing. i need a valid damn explanation because this if ****ing day Light *******!!! you call the Centre and their *********** staff cannot even give you an explanation. they just don't know anything. then ive been told apparently you pay more per kwh every month. TELL ME HOW THE ****?????

They were determined to troubleshoot the issue, demonstrating their willingness to incur extra costs by calling back whenever the phone connection was lost—a testament to their sincere dedication to resolving customer issues. Despite a clerical error found in my 2018 application form, that I had subscribed for maintenance but wasn't charged for it, the company's management, stepped in to rectify the situation. They replaced both batteries free of charge. Two days ago, the meters encountered issues once more. True to form, Enbaya's response was prompt and efficient. They identified the meters as legacy units requiring replacement and arranged for a plumber to visit early in the morning, minimising inconvenience for our tenant and swiftly restoring their water supply. Enbaya exemplifies stellar customer relationship management. Their approach is caring and their solutions are effective I am profoundly grateful to have chosen to work with them and firmly believe that their dedication to customer satisfaction is a model for others to follow. My heartfelt thanks to the team for their unwavering support and outstanding service delivery.

Purchased a property that had Enbaya meters on the premises. No one ever seems to want to help, understand or listen to any issues we have. I have, for this entire year, not received a single piece of communication from them. Also, their website has such poor internet safety protocol that even the most basic virus protector blocks this website.
