Stay away from them at all cost!
I represent a Non-profit company and we, in good faith used these guys to sort our borehole. They took advantage in the worst possible way. They charged ridiculously and we found ourselves between a rock and a hard place. We never had proper instruction or manuals for the equipment. Of all our suppliers we used setting up an incubator for young women in agri-business - they were the worst! Ripoff, pretence at proper advice, exploitative - I wish there was a way to give them a negative star rating - like -1000 stars!

Atrocious service once a few jobs had been done and paid
Electricians 247, Western Electrical and some other names. Western Electrical did help us out with a severe voltage spike problem early evening on th4e eve of a public holiday. Further down the line and after many many reminders Willem Debeer installed a new earth cable from our meter to the house (some 60 meters. It transpired that Escom stipulates a 16 mm cable, Debeer installed a 10 mm cable but charged for a 16 mm cable. There ensued an arduous process with the municipal electrical department to have the 10 mm cable accepted, as an exception and the amperes to the house downgraded. NEVER, EVER pay anything to any of these companies until any work is properly executed and finished.

We are certified electricians with more than 25 years in electrical industry, we do new electrical installation, maintenance in electrical, we also do testing for old and new installation and issues the certificate of compliance.

Broken promises
This is the second review i am posting, as a result of this company's failure to do the quoted work, and failure to refund the deposit already paid, despite their agreement to do so. i have spoken to both Rebecca, and Willem de Beer, who have both said the deposit would be paid back. But no payment has been made.

Please don’t use Gauteng area
The amount of effort being given by this company is sad, the expect you to pay ridiculous fees and offer work that is a disappointment in any standard,in order for them to be providing such bad service must only come from the top where I wouldn’t expect much from that either if they work is anything like it is
