BAD SERVICES
I have ordered a bedding cover, on the 30/08/2022 and i forgot to pay for a shipping, and i have noticed the same day and sent email to Sameera and [email protected] asking for a link to pay a shipping, but with no luck i don't get a response and they deducted their money already from my account till today the 13-09-2022, i still didn't get the link that i have asked, for the past two weeks. It was my first order and i don't think i will ever order from them again. i even regret it

I have emailed you a screenshot to show you it was in the spam folder. Please know that we would never intentionally ignore our customers as you are very important to us. We take customer service very seriously. This was not intentional. We are so sorry that you felt you were being messed around. I have just emailed the requested info to you now. Once again we are truly sorry about this!
