Edenvale Tube and Steel made my return difficult.
Edenvale Tube and Steel are dragging their heals on a refund. 1st they did not give me any proof of the return. I had bought something else. When I went through the papers, there were none for the credit. I had to go back into the store to ask for proof that i d returned something.. 7 days later and no credit payment has been made into my account. Now I have to wait another 4/ 5 days for a manager to approve the credit.
Clearly they REALLY need my R325 and were probably hoping I would not follow up.
With a return policy like this. I for one will never buy from them again .

02 Apr 2026, 17:20Thank you , credit finally received. Thkfully did t have to wait the Easter weekend. I hope it was just an over sight and that others will get better service.
