What a professional company to deal with. When they say they offer a 10 year full replacement guarantee, they mean it. My 5000l tank developed a little tear at the outlet after 8 years of use. Not only only did they replace it but they delivered it in just 3 days. It would have been 2 days if it wasn't for me, needing a day to make my arrangements. I received professional and friendly service and all communication was prompt. Thank you eco tanks. I will sing your praises and recommend your product wherever I go.

Beware of ECO
I've bought 2 tanks, some years apart. In both cases the inner black liner was missing or incomplete. The lining is to stop sunlight causing algae, and even to prevent leaking ("weeping"). They boast an ISO9001 certification. If the non-conformance rate is say 1%, then my experience represents a 1 in 10 000 chance - hard to believe. Three weeks later there is no replacement, and no communication from them.

Eco tanks stay away!!.
Bought a 2000l tank from local agent. For 1st time being used to JoJo for ever.Must be the poorest quality product i have ever seen. Apart from being flimzy as hell lid area held in place with 3 self tappers fininishing is shocking in upper lid area and as thin as paper. Will NOT reccommend this product!!.
