Area Manager no assistance

I'm not happy with the discussion the area Manager has made as I bought grasshoppers shoes on the 23/11/2025 and a week in the shoes had issues where it was pulling loose on top and I took it back and they could not give me the same name brand shoes and I said leave it. Now I contact them again as the shoes souls are bursting open and water is coming in on a rainy day and I must walk with wet shoes the whole day. It's now the 13/04/2026 and they say it's too long back and they can't assist. I'm going to take this futher. This is unacceptable. This is at Mall@Carnival Payed R1099.00 and then they treat the customer unfair.
