Dyson Vacuum cleaner info request

Recently I reached out to Dyson ([email protected]) to request from them information on where I can get one of their vacuum cleaners repaired. I sent this email on the 23rd March 2026. To this date I have not received a response. Who do I contact when the first call of contact does not respond?
