Biggest mistake of my life
I made the unfortunate mistake of choosing Dynamic showers over other competitors, and my word have i lived to regret that decision. They gave a decent price not the cheapest and Donovan promised me excellent installation. I had to pay a big chunk upfront and told to wait a week, 2 weeks passed and they blamed there manufacture of the glass. Anyway 3 weeks after making a 70% payment i received a call to book in my installation in 5 day (nearly 4 weeks after paying) The day comes and the installers came to my house and my wife was there, they were rude and left a horrible mess, not to mention the disgusting workmanship. 5 days later they come back out and fix my leaking shower, than 2 weeks later the hinges break due to the poor quality of material that was used to increase profit for this thieving company. Still waiting for them to come and fix if 3 weeks later. I'm giving up and getting someone else to fix. Stay far away and when you get ****med by these guys don't say i didn't warn you

Disgusted with the level of service
Hi all Dynamic showers came to install a shower glass by my place. The first process was installation fine all was well. The guys left my house with the markings on the glass and glass left untidy with finger prints all over it. When the glass was ready for us I showered in it and it started to leak so I called Donovan and asked him to send his team back to seal it properly. It took some time for them to come back. Finally they came and I was not around and my helper was around to let the team inside. Last attempt they came to my house and sealed it properly but left silicone thick on the silver support frames and on the glass. So I sent Donovan a message to send his team back to clear up this but no response up to today.

Disgusted with the level of service
Hi all Dynamic showers came to install a shower glass by my place. The first process was installation fine all was well. ZERO COMMUNICATION, BAD BUSINESS ACUMEN. Don’t do business with them
Extremely bad experience. No communication. You have to literally chase them around for install after paying a deposit. Their contract says pay50% they install showers and balance after the job is completed. It’s been a month and a half and I’m still waiting for the install with Zero communication. I have to chase them around every week and now they asked me to pay more money before the job is even 50%, irrespective of their contract and this after I have chased and chased. They may have good showers but don’t Do businesses with this people. The frustration they put you through is not worth it. I’m yet to receive an once of communication from Andre.

TERRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED!!!!
I am beyond disappointed with Dynamic Showers! We placed an order for our shower on 12 November and paid a 70% deposit upfront to secure the order. Today is 18 December, and the work is still not done! This is absolutely unacceptable. The communication from them has been abysmal. Despite multiple follow-ups (from my side), we’ve received nothing but excuses and delays. There has been no sense of urgency or professionalism in addressing the situation, and it’s clear customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. We trusted Dynamic Showers to deliver on their promises, and they’ve completely failed. Not only have they delayed the completion of our shower, but also caused significant inconvenience to our household. This experience has been frustrating and stressful. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before placing their trust and hard-earned money in their hands. A 70% deposit should mean commitment, not months of waiting with no resolution in sight! Would NOT recommend!!!!

Good service
A very long overdue compliment from many years ago, but I should have written this sooner. They did a very professional installation. However, there were some glad panel sizing and fitment issues that I want entirely happy with. They noted that if I want entirely happy, they would correct it. They got a new panel, and installed it, promptly and professionally. I was largely impressed with their attitude of prioritised customer satisfaction.

Good service
A very long overdue compliment from many years ago, but I should have written this sooner. They did a very professional installation. However, there were some glad panel sizing and fitment issues that I want entirely happy with. They noted that if I want entirely happy, they would correct it. They got a new panel, and installed it, promptly and professionally. I was largely impressed with their attitude of prioritised customer satisfaction.

Poor customer service
I ordered my custom made shower glass due to initial good service, their lead time states 14 - 21 days and Claudio phoned me earlier when I was not ready for installation. I told him my area for installation will be ready from 5 or latest 6th of March and I was promised a call back on Monday the 5th of March to arrange installation for this week which didn't happen and I made contact on the 6th to arrange when I was told they cannot assist due to the installations already booked. I have paid for installation yet I need to wait when its suitable for the company and when their installers are in my area. I will not recommend them to anyone as I am getting serious attitude from the highest level of management. No customer service!!
