Dube Private Game Reserve refuse refund of Deposit

Dube is REFUSING to refund our 75% of R1000 Deposit. We have cancelled more than 31 days prior to arrival. Please see their cancellation rules below: CANCELLATION RULES Please note that all cancellations must be in writing. Email to [email protected]. Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to the arrival date: 25% of the full reservation amount will be forfeited. Cancellation made 30 to 21 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the full reservation amount will be forfeited. Cancellation made 20 to 11 days or more prior to the arrival date: 75% of the full reservation amount will be forfeited. Cancellation made 10 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the full reservation amount will be forfeited.
