DRIMAC Winter Jacket Khaki with wool lining
I bought a Drimac jacket for my husband 18 months ago and it was hanging in the cupboard and when taken out this winter the zipper's "teeth" just fell apart - the jacket has only been worn 4 or 5 times. The zipper needs to be replaced but I dont want it to look any different than the original. Can Drimac assist please.

Setting the Bar for customer service
I had a small issue on a button for a pair of jeans which I purchased at the end of last year. I subsequently reported this to the Drimac Head office via email. I was contacted shortly thereafter by Carlyn who was absolutely professional and happy to assist. Due to the nature of the problem, I would have been completely happy with a repair, however Carlyn made sure that I was not only happy, but blown away in the means it was resolved. Thank you to a great brand as well as impeccable customer service from Carlyn!
