Incorrect debit order dates and amounts and ignored emails by Lloyd, Bongiwe and Nelke

I have had the most horrible experience with Dream Vacations trying to surrender my membership or downgrade it since December of 2025. Not only have they deducted via debit order on incorrect dates 4 times, and would offer apologies for creating a mess with my banking, they are currently ignoring my emails again when I need clarity on why they've deducted twice this month instead of once!! And the second deduction is on the wrong date!! Bongiwe and Lloyd are currently ignoring my emails whilst Nelke promises to follow up an nothing happens. Does anyone know who is at the top of this organization? Be warned, they will frustrate you and treat you horribly. Don't sign up please be warned!!
