Rude unhelpful staff

I just felt that I had to state my disappointment with your facility today. I was the first person to arrive, got assisted at 9.

When I saw the Dr I told her of my chest pains andme continuous headache. she old focused on the chest pains which she then told me it was muscle pain. I told her I was feeling aid and had been taking something for over aa week.

the headache had been my problem, also referred her to my previous visits on the file,its always continuous.

I asked for the day off to take medication and sleep, she refused. some of us don't work comfortably like some of u, our jobs are demanding and body doesn't rest until u sleep.

I went back to and asked the receptionist would I need to que if im not feeling well the following day, she rudely tells me to speak to the dr as she was busy, busy? inst she ssupposed to be busy assisting patients like me? I walked over and asked the dr the same question, if im not feeling better the following day, can I come straight to her to extend my leave? yoh, she tells me, "no, there is no special treatment, u go back to another dr to check you",. she obviously doesn't care what I was feeling.

ive never been so disappointment, I had so much faith in your doctors.
