Very rude and unprofessional staff
I have never seen such rudeness, his staff is very rude and unprofessional I don't even know why I went back there because it's not for the first time I got the same treatment in year 2023 when I took my mom to his surgery.

Rude receptionist
I was at Dr Mbovane's practice today with my sick elderly mother a pensioner at that. I was stressed and vulnerable the least I expected and deserved was a rude receptionist, rude is an understatement infact, I was not expecting her to be empathetic or give me any special treatment but professionalism. My first initial thought was to post the recording I made of her but I thought to provide you feedback first in trust that you will be able to handle the matter as I wouldn't want anyone else to deal with this sort of treatment especially in a health facility it is definitely the last place you'd expect such treatment

Rude receptionist
I was at Dr Mbovane's practice today with my sick elderly mother a pensioner at that.
