Always buy Pure Gold 400g coffee. Decided to try Brazil flavour what a nightmare very disappointing lacks flavour. Cant complain because I will be told it is the same recipe , this company doesn't VALUE or appreciate customers MONEY is all that matters 🥴

Found an insect in the Douwe Egberts coffee I purchased. I reported that fact to them. Their response was mentioning all the hygienic measures they take. However they do not accept the fact that this has happened to a consumer. It is my word against theirs. The fact that the quality of their product was compromised they do not acknowledge and and their response was not towards customer satisfaction.

The coffee is fantastic. Undeniably great. The price increase has in the past been aligned and justified by the depreciation in the ZAR and the consequent increase in the cost of the whole supply chain. Which begs the question. With the ZAR having appreciated and interest rates dropping, thus reducing the cost of the whole supplier chain. Will we as the end point consumer see a proportionate decrease in the coffee price. Begs the question

The Doughegber coffee add is flawed. The man in the add is thick to the core, does he not know the ***** women who is with him does not care about the coffee. She is trying to get laid. This is the message my friends and I take away from this horrible add. Next time I want to get laid I will offer my partner Doughegberts coffee

I cringe every time I see the ad about a couple having a cup of coffee at the end of their date. The woman says "So should I come up for some coffee?" And he asks "What coffee is it?" She asks "Does it matter?" BUT for this response to be logical, in the beginning she should have said "So would YOU like to come up for some coffee?" I pointed this error out to the company but the ad is still running. Obviously they don't care about this fundamental error --- so what does that say about the quality of their product?

What a ridiculous advert for coffee! The chick says "can I come up for some coffee?" He says "What coffee is it?" It's his place, surely he would know? They could fix this quite easily - the dude should ask her up for coffee. Idiots...
