Dear Sir/Mam I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Tanya, a receptionist at the Renal Clinic at Donald Gordon Medical Center, when I called to book an appointment with a specialist. Despite explaining my medical concerns and need for assistance, I was met with rudeness and a lack of willingness to help. Tanya's response fell short of the expected standard of customer service, leaving me feeling unsupported. Negligent
My neice died there after medical negligence before and after her liver transplant, the doctors were avoiding us throughout the ICU ordeal and And would not give us any information on what was happening They
