Exceptional service
I want to thank Doc Assist team in Pretoria especially and Machelle Munro I am based in the UK but I lived in SA more than 8 years ago as a University student. I needed a police clearance certificate fromSA recently - Doc Assist started my documents 10th of November, On the 11th of December sent me scan . I received it the 15 December. All in all super service from start to finish - thank you all.

Exceptional service

Excellent, professional service provider
A massive thank you to Sizwe for such professional and efficient service in helping to get an urgent SAPS Clearance Certificate. Sizwe kept me up to date with progress - excellent communication. My second time using their services as they're so reliable and take the stress out of getting umportany documents from RSA when you're overseas. Highly recommend them.

Outstanding service 2023
I would like to highly recommend and give a HUGE shout out to DOC ASSIST. I’ve lived out of South Africa for over 20 years now and occasionally need to apply for government documents and have them apostilled. I always use Docassist. Their service is outstanding!!! The response to emails is quick (even the smallest question) and when they have the completed documents in hand, delivery of them abroad is impressively fast. The emails are constantly monitored so if your agent isn’t available, you’ll still get an answer quickly to any question. I recently completed a police clearance application in person in South Africa in July and sent Docassist my forms so that they could apply for it on my behalf and then get it apostilled. I then had to return to The Netherlands. Unfortunately they cannot help the wait time and that part is out of their hands and up to Government processing times. Everything was done by end of November and I was so surprised to receive my DHL document within 2 days of being told my docs were done. Thank you DocAssist for taking the headache out of getting these official documents sorted, especially from abroad. Your service is so needed and much appreciated and every single time I’ve felt like I was in good hands. I always have and will continue to use and recommend your service. Once again, thank you for being TOPS! May God bless you!
