BAD HYGIENE AND BAD SERVICE

It is unfortunate for me to rate the service of Diva's Nails as utterly poor. I sponsored my friend and I to come and do our nails (gelish) at Diva's nails, in the new Baywest Mall center. When I went there, firstly they did not inform me that the special on the gelish wasn't applicable on the day (Friday) we went for the appointment. When we arrived on that Friday morning, the first thing they 'displayed' us was the types of gelish nails we could choose from. The state of the display was horrible, dirty, and smudged, most of the options were not available. We decided to go for the french gelish. The nail tech who helped me had the flu, and I was totally uncomfortable with her touching my hands the whole time, while sniffing and growling as she struggled through her flu-state. When she put my hands in the oven, I felt stuff stucked in the oven, beneath my hands. I was totally grossed out. Do they ever clean their stuff? Anyway, I thought I'll wash my hands and forget about everything, until now, when I discovered that the gel is starting to come loose from my nails. R250 for gelish, and it only holds up for 4 days? This is UNACCEPTABLE! I want my money back!
