Hopeless unfriendly this department needs to be shut down please make all banks in all major centres agents of DHA..not nearly enough banks with DHA access... STEP IT UP..none ABSA branches in Pietermaritzburg with DHA access WHY?????...on line DHA is hopeless unreliable junk..throw it away
