The Branch Where People Do Not Matter

These people have no regard for others at all. On the portal it is said that an appointment is not required for biometrics and yet when you get there, the security guard tells you to return home and make an appointment. This is truly frustrating. The manager does not reply to emails and the phone rings to no avail. On the email I copied *** as well but nobody has bothered to respond.
