DA not delivering to their promises.

Today I am feeling very angry with the DA. When it is election time all sort of promises are being made, but once a problem comes they do not deliver. I am working at our church orphanage and there are for months now a water leak in front of the house, we have contacted the municipality varios times and then I contacted one of the DA members he send me a link to report the issue and I did but still nothing is being done. We do not have the funds to repair it our self and the one time we had someone that was willing to pay for the problem to be fixed he said that we are not allowed to fix it our self, because it is on the municipality's side.
