Unresponsive Debt Counsellor (DebtSafe)

Their number does not work, I've called so many times thinking their line might just be busy or down temporarily. But its been a week. they dont reply to emails, I even sms'd them and now i did the online call back request. I need to get a clearance certificate and I need to know how to do it but its imposible to get hold of anyone at DebtSafe National Credit Regulator number NCRDC1078 urgently need to get in touch with them.
