Daly - bunch of ******!

I recently logged onto their actual site as was prompted via their What's App channel. I get conflicting messages. I get emails thanking me for the payment. Then when I use their What's App - I get told they haven't received any payment since January. Then I start another chat and the next one confirms all my payments are up to date!! Logged onto their site and noticed I am being charged for monthly SMS and phone calls! When I initiated the chat via their online site - the lady Arshni or something advised me of a higher amount due?? And that I MUST pay R400. And also, they can't stop those charges for SMS / phone calls until I have finished the amount owing! That's *********! I want these fees stopped completely. And all the money they have charged me for it deducted off my amount owing!
