Dalgen bottles

Hi, I recently bought plastic bottles from Dalgen, for my perfume business,I put the perfume oil into the bottle, sealed it, woke up the next day to see that all the nozzles broke off the bottle and the pipe inside had peirced through the bottle, I've used the same product in bottles from a different companies and have not had a problem. The general manager, Gary, ********** from Dalgen bottles refuses to make any provisions for these defects and the loss of my product and says that it's my fault and they can't do anything about it, it seem that no quality control or care is exercised over these products.
