Dear Hello Peter Team, I would like to lodge a complaint against CVMaker. I unsubscribed in July 2025, but they continue to debit my account despite numerous emails back and forth for over 2 months asking them to stop. My experience has been totally awful with CVMaker. Since unsubscribing, they have continued to take money from my account and, to date, I have lost more than R1,200. Their terms and conditions are not clearly communicated when signing up — it was not clear to me that I was subscribing to a monthly service. I admit that I should have reviewed the terms more carefully, but what is not fair is that CVMaker keeps debiting R444 from my account every month. They appear to have an automated process in place that continues to charge me without my consent. In addition to these debits: On 08 July, 09 July, 29 July, 28 August, and 26 September 2025, CVMaker successfully debited amounts ranging from R34 to over R400 from my account. Every time I don’t have sufficient funds, their debit attempts fail, but my bank still charges me R8.50 per failed transaction. This has happened multiple times on dates such as 14 July, 16 July, 17 July, 21 July, 24 July, 14 August, 18 August, 20 August, 23 August, 15 September, 17 September, and 22 September. This means I am losing money in two ways: Wrongful CVMaker debits despite unsubscribing. Bank penalty fees caused by their repeated debit attempts. I urgently need CVMaker to: Stop debiting my account immediately. Refund all wrongful debits and related bank charges.

I have got my bank account debited after a month using CVmaker for a resume that i already paid for. I have no active subscription or email account registered on https://www.cvmaker.com I submitted a complaint and hope to get a refund and interest for any damage caused

A professional ***** site, I charged for a week, and after I found out, they deducted the entire amount for a month from my account. And then they say it is in our laws! No information is given that will be deducted automatically, except for a small notice in the rules of the site, Cheksi has time to read a page of rules for one hour of using the site.?

I was ****emed by this people this is what happened i made a cv for my sister on their web and paid R37 which i was okai with it on the same month thi month on the 25 when got paid they took R497 from my account again for what i dont because i had paid wor the cb i made and i did not use their services again. I called my bank to try and reverse the money and they told me they can't because it was an online recurring payment to them why would i do a recurring payment for a cv? I then asked my bank to block and remove my details from their site which will now cost me more money to do this i also need to make a new card then i sent them an email their response at first they were denying that they took money form accounts and i should not authorize any paymet because they are a lot of ***** okay so i send them all the proof i had and the proof of payments i was told that what they charge and it also written on their site which i didn't even see. Why would i pay that much money for a cv? I am really not happy with the way they handled my query so please be careful of them i am goind do contact to everyone about i work hard for my money for some stupit company to come and take my money just like that
